The role of the Technical Support Engineer - Boilers & Renewables will involve:

• Technical Support Engineer dealing with a range of heating solutions such as boilers, heat tanks and renewable heat pumps
• The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
• The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal stakeholders
• Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Carry out product training and familiarisation for both colleagues and customers
• Prompt and accurate reporting to the Customer Care Manager
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer - Boilers & Renewables with:

• Must have experience within the plumbing, heating and renewables sector
• Would be ideal to have knowledge specifically in renewables, heat pumps and air sourced heat pumps however open
• May be open to one of the following or closely related: engineer, installer, technical support, technical engineers, technical advisors,
• Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Stable career history
