The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious English Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding English department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school!

The school are ideally looking for someone with Steplab or instructional coaching experience who can deliver CPD and ensure high quality teaching in their department.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
