Up to £70,000 + bonus

I'm working with a well-established Chartered Surveying practice who are looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Valuation (MRICS) to work directly alongside the MD.

This role would suit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation who is ready to step up into a more influential position within a growing business.

The role - Senior Surveyor / Associate Director (Valuation)

• Work directly with the MD as a key part of the business
• Carry out and oversee commercial and residential valuations
• Deliver loan security valuations in line with Red Book standards
• Work across development, BTL and HMO valuations
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and introducers
• Support and mentor junior surveyors

This is a hands-on valuation role. You will still be carrying out valuation work day-to-day.

What I'm looking for

• MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer essential)
• Strong experience as a valuation surveyor
• Background in commercial valuation / loan security valuation
• Experience with development, BTL or HMO valuations
• Currently a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation
• Strong understanding of lender requirements
