As a Sales and Training Manage you need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores whilst ensuring our team are fully trained and able to perform to the best of their abilities.

  • Drive sales growth through effective leadership, coaching, and role-modelling best-in-class customer service
  • Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement action plans to achieve and exceed store sales targets
  • Support promotional activity, launches, and sales campaigns
