We are looking for a Residents Finance Assistant to join the team at Parkview, Uxbridge.
Working 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, you will be supporting the managing and maintaining of Clients money accounts. Duties included are:
Processing of payment to and on behalf of ResidentsDealing with payments to Residents from external organisations and familiesCreating and closing of CMS accounts for ResidentsPayment of supplier invoices and reimbursement from Residents' CMS accountsDaily Cash Allocation from RBS to individual Resident's CMS bank AccountsWeekly Payment of Personal Allowance to ResidentsWeekly reconciliation of Residents bank accountsDealing with internal and external queriesEnsuring that all CMS activities comply with audit regulations.Reconciliation of Residents' personal contribution fees to councilsEmail service users' monthly bank statements to the servicesMonthly completion of client contribution fees to Sales Ledger Account
