Production Operative (L3)

What will you be doing?

• Using problem-solving to keep machinery running effectively.
• Setting up production towers and supporting site operations.
• Taking samples, performing TA tests, and recording results.
• Adjusting machine and SCADA settings to meet specifications.
• Working with the team to meet performance and quality targets.
• Maintaining audit standards and supporting less experienced staff.

What do you need to have?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food production (essential).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prides on teamwork and has a positive approach to development and change.
• Ability to work methodically and follow SOPs accurately.
• Numeracy and literacy skills are required for gathering and submitting data.
• Driving license with reliable transport due to location.

Salary:

£18.53 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday, 21:45 to 06:15
