Town Planner - Lincoln
I'm currently working with a highly respected UK property consultancy to appoint a Town Planner into their growing Lincoln office.

The Role
You will be part of a dynamic Planning team, working across a varied portfolio of projects from early-stage appraisals through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing planning appraisals for land, buildings, and development concepts Producing and managing planning applications, pre-app enquiries, and appeals Drafting high-quality planning statements and supporting documentation Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients Attending and presenting at planning committees and public meetings Managing projects from inception through to completion Developing commercially competitive fee proposals Keeping up to date with planning policy and market trends
About You
MRTPI-accredited degree (or equivalent) Working towards Chartership (MRTPI) - desirable but not essential Minimum 2+ years' experience in planning (public or private sector) Strong knowledge of the UK planning system Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills Commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships Full UK driving licence
