Sales Manager - Croydon - Up to £45,000 p.a. benefits

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the office and sales team, demonstrating strong leadership and clear direction. Strong man management and interpersonal skills are a must for success in this role.

You will be commercially minded and have proven experience in building and winning new customers, hitting targets and developing existing relationships. A strong background within sales and customer service is key.

Skills required:

  • Strong sales and customer service experience.
  • Experience working within the Property, Real Estate or Estate Agency sectors
  • Outstanding interpersonal and man management capabilities with previous team management experience.
  • Strong IT and systems skills.
  • Proven experience building a new customer base.
  • Customer centric approach and able to maintain strong relationships.
