Senior Brand Manager - Marketing Contractor

Location: Berkshire
Rate: circa. 500 per day
We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager Contractor to provide immediate, hands-on support to a high-performing brand team. This role is critical to maintaining pace, quality, and strategic focus within the chosen therapeutic area. The successful candidate will operate independently, delivering high-impact marketing materials and tactical execution at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of core marketing materials and tactical plans to support brand defence against a new competitor
- Drive delivery at pace while maintaining high-quality, concise outputs
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across field, medical and market access teams
- Take full ownership and accountability for day-to-day delivery, proactively managing risks and solutions
- Reduce reliance on senior leadership by operating independently in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Significant pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally within specialty care or biologics
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver in high-pressure, fast-moving settings
- Strong track record of execution excellence, with the ability to prioritise what matters most
- Confident cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable taking full accountability for outcomes
