Job Description
We are currently looking for an EA to join a boutique finance company in the West End. This is an immediate role which is paying up to £22 hour depending on experience. This is a small Investment firm which has a positive working culture. This position is working 8.30 -5 and will include hybrid working after the probation period. This position could suit an up and coming Administrator who would like to work as an EA.
The role
Making travel arrangements.
Organising and maintaining office systems.
Working directly with high-level employees.
Preparing corporate documents.
Maintaining strict confidentiality.
Organising their superior's entire schedule.
Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff.
