A care home in the Auchterarder area is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work on a permanent basis.

Details of this Senior Care Assistant vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:

• Permanent contracts available from 21 to 42 hours per week
• Long or short shifts available
• Competitive hourly pay rate of 15.48 per hour
• Overtime paid at 19.35 per hour
• Earn up to 42,500 per annum depending on contracted hours and overtime

As a Senior Care Assistant you will:

Take a lead role in the day-to-day care of service users, supporting the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Leadership team. You will also support and guide Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:

• Previous experience working as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant in a care setting
• A caring and empathetic nature with strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high standards of care
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship or visa switch available)
