The Opportunity

Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Forklift Operator to join their team in the Nairn area.

This is a permanent position offering stable hours within a busy warehouse/yard environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift and supporting the wider team with the safe movement, storage and loading of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Forklift & Warehouse Operations

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving materials and stock around the site

• Assisting with stock organisation and storage

• Supporting general warehouse or yard duties as required

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures

Requirements

Essential

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, yard, or industrial setting

• Strong awareness of health and safety practices

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Desirable

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Experience with loading/unloading deliveries

• Working pattern: Monday Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm
