The Role: Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology
As Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology, you will:
- Lead the strategic development of the Design & Technology curriculum
- Drive outstanding teaching and learning as a Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology across all key stages
- Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, modelling exceptional classroom practice
- Deliver high-quality CPD as a Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology, supporting whole-school improvement
- Work with the teaching and learning team to embed evidence-informed practice
- Ensure that all students, regardless of background, achieve highly in Design & Technology
