• Leading and managing a portfolio of audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
• Identifying and communicating audit findings, risks, and recommendations to management
• Assisting with the preparation of reports for partners and senior management
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the audit department

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level
• At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Proven ability to manage audit assignments and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
