The Role:
Production Supervisor
Hands off role - leading a team of around 20 staff
Driving productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
Supporting training and development of staff
The Candidate:
Supervisory experience in a fast paced production environment
Strong leadership qualities
Good understanding of production processes
Leading by example in Good Manufacturing Practices
