• Respond to all long range HR e mails and queries in a knowledgeable and timely manner.
• Responsible for all HR related administration - letters for colleagues, references, etc.
• Responsible for the colleague's employment journey, from preparing Starter Pack including Letter of Employment to leave documents.
• Build good communication with all departments and provide help and support to the HR team as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised office.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Follow up on probation periods for all colleagues.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly statistics, including the Headcount.

You have a strong interest in Human Resources within the hospitality industry, ideally supported by some prior HR exposure or relevant operational experience in a service driven environment. Highly organised and adaptable, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced hotel setting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

With a genuine people first mindset, you enjoy supporting team members across the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive, engaged workplace culture. Professional, approachable, and discreet, you work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues, ensuring HR support is delivered with consistency, confidentiality, and care.
