Demolition Operative - Kensington
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Demolition Operative to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in Kensington. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high-spec projects to get started right away.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out soft-strip and demolition tasks
Support tradespeople across the site as needed
Move and organise materials safely and efficiently
Load skips and manage site waste removal
What You'll Need:
A valid CSCS card
Two recent, contactable references (site managers)
Experience working on high-end resi refurbishments
The Role:
Position: Demolition Operative
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Kensington
Pay: 650 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
