Production Operative

Our client, a busy food manufacturing company based near Winchester, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production experience who is ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and accurately follow recipes and production instructions

• Maintain strict hygiene standards, following clean as you go procedures

• Carry out quality checks and ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment (full training provided)

• Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills

• Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the location being difficult to reach by public transport

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday shift rotation

• AM Shift: 06 15

• PM Shift: 14 15
