Annual Salary: Enhanced MPS/UPS outer London £37,928 - £56,217

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Start date: September 2026

Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary Academy in Bexley, in Southeast London bordering Kent. They are looking for apermanent full-time Teacher of Social Science.

You'll deliver high-quality teaching in Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology, Psychology or Health & Social Care), ensuring that all students achieve excellent outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to teach a variety of the Social Science subjects, including RS and Criminology.

The Social Science department is made up of a team of enthusiastic and experienced teachers who are committed to providing high-quality education and inspiring students to have a love of Social Science.

The Social Sciences Department plays a key role in developing critical thinking among the students and you will have the opportunity to teach a diverse student body.

The school is looking for teachers with QTS / QTLS who have KS4 and KS5 teaching experience in Sociology, Psychology or Health and Social Care.
