Overview:
A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Basingstoke is seeking to expand its Property teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer or Residential Conveyance to join a well-established and growing practice, known for high-quality work and strong client relationships.
The firm offers a supportive working environment, clear progression pathways, and exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters and/or residential conveyancing transactions
- Handling matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision (dependent on level)
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, and related legal documentation
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team and firm
Requirements:
- Legal Executive, or experienced
- Experience in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing (or both)
- Strong technical knowledge within property law
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, team-oriented approach
