Zest4Talent are proud to be partnering with a highly respected organisation within the built environment sector who are looking to appoint a Lead Structural Engineer to strengthen their structural technology capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE / MICE) with strong technical expertise to join an organisation known for its contribution to engineering excellence, structural testing and innovation across the UK construction industry.

You will be joining a technically driven environment where engineering integrity, research and quality sit at the heart of the organisation's work.

• Provide technical leadership across structural engineering and testing activities
• Apply strong expertise in BS and EN codes and standards
• Oversee complex structural engineering projects and technical services
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and technicians
• Contribute to technical proposals, reports and client engagement
• Support the organisation's reputation within the structural engineering and built environment community
• Experience with structural behaviour analysis, structural fire engineering, or FEA modelling would be highly advantageous

This role requires three days per week in the office, as collaboration with engineering and technical teams is an important element of the position.

This organisation is widely recognised for its technical expertise and contribution to the built environment. You will be joining a team working on complex engineering challenges, structural testing programmes and industry-leading technical work.
