Office Administrator

Salary to 33,000

We are a leading provider of fencing installation services, primarily operating on new build sites. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and versatile Office Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day operations. We are a small, close-knit team and due to continued growth, we are looking for an Office Administrator who is not only looking for a job, but someone who wants to develop, take on responsibility and grow with the business long term.


This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and keen to develop across multiple areas of the business. Alongside general administrative duties, the role will take a more active lead in recruitment/HR processes and health & safety management, while working collaboratively with the wider office team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Work collaboratively within the team to manage the shared sales inbox, supporting with enquiries and booking in work
  • Assist with scheduling works, coordinating diaries, and ensuring efficient allocation of jobs
  • Maintain and organise records, inboxes, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible
  • Book appointments, meetings, and site visits, keeping calendars up to date
