Maintenance Engineer - Outside IR35- Manufacturing

Engineering skills: Must have hands on manufacturing experience maintaining production machinery and either be electrical or mechanical or multi skilled.

Length: 6 months+

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to join a extremely well established manufacturer that has made huge investments in their site. This is a hands on, long term contract where you'll keep high speed production lines running smoothly in a modern site.

Key Duties

• Preventive and reactive maintenance of machinery
• Fault finding and repairs
• Work on conveyors and automated production equipment
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship / NVQ / C&G)
• Hands on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in high speed FMCG manufacturing
• Multi skilled preferred but can be either mechanical or electrical.
• Ability to use initiative in a fast paced environment
