Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangements: Office-based
Contract: Permanent
We're looking for a driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Huddersfield. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, building strong customer relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow sales. You'll play a key part in supporting business growth by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts
Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product information
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
1-2 years' experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role
Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Commercially aware with a proactive, target-driven mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Experience in B2B sales or a product-based environment is desirable
25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)
