Responsibilities in your new role as Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping security systems running smoothly and reliably. Your role will involve servicing, maintenance, and fault fining across Fire, CCTV, Intruder and Access Control systems. You'll carry out planned maintenance to prevent issues and respond quickly to faults, diagnosing problems and carrying out repairs efficiently.

You'll also be expected to provide a high level of customer service on site, managing your own workload while being supported by an experienced engineering team.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need solid experience within the Fire & Security industry, ideally with a strong background in installations, maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). We're looking for someone multiskilled, with experience across Fire, CCTV, and general security systems.

You'll be reliable, professional and take pride in delivering high-quality work, with good communication skills to work effectively with clients.
