This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position suited to someone confident working in a busy logistics environment.Key Responsibilities as a Transport Clerk
- Maintain accurate, real-time transport and delivery records
- Conduct driver briefings and debriefings, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Act as a primary point of contact within the Transport Office
- Process transport documentation and manage system data entry
- Support issue resolution, including handling queries and complaints
- Collaborate closely with the wider transport and warehouse teams
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a Transport Administration role (essential)
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, data entry systems, and email communication
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
