Experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a
brand-new role created due to continued growth and a consistently high volume of work.
About the Role You will manage your own portfolio of
Residential Conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and friendly team. The firm prides itself on offering genuine progression opportunities - both current Partners began their careers as Paralegals and have grown with the business.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling files from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Providing proactive, client-focused service
- Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team
About You We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience running a residential conveyancing caseload - either pre or post qualification
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A proactive approach and resilient work ethic
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
What's on Offer- Competitive salary £35k-£55k, negotiable depending on experience and PQE level
