A specialist Employment law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its Wirral office. Representing employers across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, this firm offers a strong foundation for career growth.

Role Overview:

You will advise employers on a range of complex legal matters, including:

• High-value disputes and industrial relations.
• Employment terminations and discrimination cases.
• Whistleblowing and restrictive covenants.
• Representation at employment tribunals.

This role presents an opportunity to work on high-quality cases with a diverse client base across the UK.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

• 0-5 years PQE and be eager to develop their legal career.
• Be capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• If newly qualified, have at least six months of Paralegal experience or have completed a seat in Employment Law during their training contract.
