Job Description
This leading award winning Landscaping contractor client is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Gardener to join the team full-time working on a large site in leafy Richmond.
As the successful candidate you will have a good level of horticultural knowledge for the ongoing care and maintenance of beautifully designed, high-end private site
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out regular maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, feeding, seasonal planting, and pest/disease control
Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure all works are conducted safely and respectfully
Work collaboratively and professionally with team members
Requirements:
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in garden maintenance (estates preferred)
Good plant knowledge and strong horticultural skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work well independently and as part of a small team
Good communication
Physically fit and prepared to work in all weather
UK driving license preferred (not essential)
