GP Clinical Lead £106,250 per annum Plus Benefits Croydon

Dream Medical are working side by side with a surgery in Croydon looking for a Clinical Lead GP with substance abuse and mental health experience to undertake a permanent role for up to 10 sessions a week.

The GP Lead role includes:

• Responsibility for overall clinical performance
• Line management of all clinicians within the practice
• Working in partnership with the practice manager
• Having an active role in local commissioning consortia and the new NHS
• Involvement with recruiting additional team members
