Position: Production Operative
Location: Brackley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Role: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team
