• Take charge of your section and make our dishes to the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee food preparation, portioning, and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, prep, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and passionate about food, with a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant certification is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Ambition to develop, we want you to be our next Sous Chef.
