• Maintain accurate service contract records
• Proactively manage annual renewals, variations, and updates
• Ensure all contracts are reviewed each year and aligned with commercial and operational requirements
• Plan and coordinate contract service visits and statutory/service obligations
• Work closely with Service Engineers and Project Engineers to ensure the contract scope is met

The person:

• Strong administrative background, ideally within service, engineering, or technical environments
• Highly organised and detail-focused
