As a Head Chef at Crerar Hotels, you will take overall responsibility for kitchen operations, managing and developing the team while maintaining high standards in food preparation, presentation, and menu creation. You'll thrive under pressure, whether you're an experienced Head Chef or a talented Sous Chef looking for the next step. Key duties include stock control, working within budgets, staff management, and supplier relations. You will also ensure strict adherence to hygiene and health & safety standards, all while fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
