Location: Leicester LE19 1SX
Commutable from: Hinckley, Coventry, Loughborough, Nuneaton
Salary: 26,000 - 36,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexibility available)
Working Pattern: Office-based

The Role

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Engineering and Professional Services divisions, with opportunities also available within Manufacturing for the right individual.

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for building and developing your own desk, managing both client relationships and candidate delivery.

We are open to a range of experience levels - from individuals with a strong sales background looking to move into recruitment, through to experienced consultants seeking their next opportunity. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, interview and place candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and onboarding
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and grow your desk
  • Advertise roles and manage candidate applications
  • Ensure accurate candidate registration and compliance
  • Attend client meetings and site visits where required

About You

  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Keen to develop within a recruitment environment
