Optometrist
Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established and patient-focused practice in Windsor. This part-time role involves working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and three Saturdays per month. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality eye care using advanced technology, ensuring every patient receives a personalised and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive sight tests and eye examinations
- Perform visual field testing and retinal imaging assessments
- Provide clear, expert advice on eye health and preventative care
- Support the Branch Manager in monitoring and improving practice performance
- Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained to a high standard
Team Development:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and shared learning within the practice
- Support training and development initiatives where appropriate
About You:
- Qualified Optometrist with full GOC registration
- Strong team player with a patient-first approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust
