Optometrist

Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established and patient-focused practice in Windsor. This part-time role involves working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and three Saturdays per month. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality eye care using advanced technology, ensuring every patient receives a personalised and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive sight tests and eye examinations
  • Perform visual field testing and retinal imaging assessments
  • Provide clear, expert advice on eye health and preventative care
  • Support the Branch Manager in monitoring and improving practice performance
  • Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained to a high standard

Team Development:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and shared learning within the practice
  • Support training and development initiatives where appropriate

About You:

  • Qualified Optometrist with full GOC registration
  • Strong team player with a patient-first approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust
