Job Title: Assembler Bespoke High-End Blinds

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and detail-focused Assembler to join our manufacturing team producing high-end, bespoke blinds.

This is a hands-on role working from technical drawings to assemble precision-made components to a high standard of quality and finish.

You will be responsible for assembling bespoke blind systems using detailed engineering and production drawings. Each product is made to order, requiring accuracy, care, and a high level of attention to detail.

• Assemble bespoke blind components to customer specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment accurately
• Ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Carry out visual and functional checks on completed work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• High level of attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• Day shift: Monday to Thursday
• Friday off
• Optional overtime available on Fridays and during busy periods (covering several months)
