Mid-Cornwall (North Cornish Coast) 24.66 per hour 6pm-6am, 4 on / 4 off Temp ongoing (potential permanent)

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Skilled Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Mid-Cornwall. This is a long-term opportunity within a respected production environment, offering strong potential for permanent employment and career progression.

• Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Carry out fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Support production and engineering teams with technical issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards at all times.

• Experience in maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience supporting or training production/engineering teams.
• PLC or vision systems experience is advantageous (not essential).

• High-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of OEE, TPM, and SPC.
• Maintenance or technical support background.

• 24.66 per hour night shift rate.
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (6pm-6am).
