German speaking Client Service Representative

Remote or Hybrid available

£33-£35k DOE

About the Role

I am currently working with a leading fashion company looking for a German speaking Client Service Representative to join their growing team and support their wholesale partners with exceptional service. In this role, you ll be the primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries from wholesale clients via phone, email, and online portals
  • Process purchase orders, returns, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and stock availability updates
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale partners through proactive communication
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to resolve issues
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain customer account records and documentation
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks when required

About You

  • Bilingual in German and English
  • Fluent in French would be a huge benefit but not essential
  • Experience in customer service, wholesale, B2B support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast?paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, order portals, and Microsoft Office
  • A problem?solver who enjoys helping customers and improving processes
