Key requirements:

• AAT Level 4 qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA
• Commitment to ongoing professional development (study support provided)
• Proven experience preparing accounts for micro and small entities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
