Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (Dual Skilled)

Salary: 36,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing asbestos consultancy delivering high-quality services across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the wider Staffordshire region. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:
BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards
Good IT skills and report writing ability
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
