Operations Coordinator

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Operations Coordinator to work at their prestigious client in Stoke-on-Trent

For this Operations Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating technical tasks and delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently
  • Working closely with multiple departments, supporting communication flow, and helping to maintain accurate and well-managed processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

For this Operations Coordinator role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

Details of this Operations Coordinator role:

  • 27,000 annual salary
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Temp to perm for the right candidate
  • Supportive team environment
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
