With so much going on, it's a great time to join our Customer Interaction team.As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you will be highly organised and able to think on your feet.You'll be confident in providing knowledge and insights to support decision making, and will be a great multitasker; remaining calm under pressure and delivering work on time, in budget, and to a high standard. You'll manage the accurate flow of information in and out of the department in an efficient and discreet way.Importantly, you'll be a strong communicator who can nurture great relationships and act as the 'go to' person for Customer Interaction teams and the wider Business.
This is a fast-paced role with a variety of responsibilities. The Communications team provide communications for all 50,000 colleagues around the GB and IE business through a variety of channels.
Successful candidates will be one of five Specialists within the Internal Communications Team.

Your New Role
- Maintaining strong relationships with Key Stakeholders of all levels across the business
- Maintaining strong relationships with our agencies to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials produced
- Creation of project briefs and communications
- Organisation of events and video shoots
- Monitoring and controlling adherence to all deadlines
- Continuous improvement within role, simplifying processes and operations to maximise efficiencies
- Supporting the delivery of the departmental strategy
- Creation of written content and internal videos, from script writing, to filming and managing creative agencies
About You

- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience within Filming, Copy writing, Event management, Web design and Script writing
- Video pre-production planning including storyboards, scripts and shot lists
- Technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, audio and digital story telling abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Design Software
- Skilled in project management
- Experience with filming, camera equipment and editing short business videos
- Working with creative agencies to produce high quality videos

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working (Moving to 1 day remote working from January 2027)
