Sales Manager (Immediate Start)

Key Responsibilities

You will own and drive all new revenue growth for a premium boutique Pilates studio in central London.

This is a hands-on, volume-driven sales role focused on generating leads, converting trials into memberships, and building corporate partnerships to rapidly scale monthly revenue.

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Own and execute all new sales activity across individual and corporate channels
  • Drive high-volume membership sales through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline.

Corporate Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure corporate partnerships in central London
  • Book and attend corporate meetings to drive trial bookings and bulk memberships
  • Develop ongoing relationships with corporate clients to increase lifetime value

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Manage the full trial pipeline from enquiry to conversion

  • Maximise conversion rates through follow-ups, offers, and customer experience

  • Track and optimise all stages of the sales funnel

Performance Management

  • Own and report on weekly KPIs and sales metrics
  • Continuously optimise outreach, conversion, and offer performance
  • Coach and develop junior sales advisor to improve sales effectiveness
