We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Van Technician to join a reputable Main Dealership in Coventry. The position of Van Technician plays a crucial position in ensuring high-quality servicing and repairs of light commercial vehicles.

- Basic salary up to 45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

- Monday to Friday working week, with 1-in-4 Saturdays mornings
- Conduct Servicing, Maintenance, and Repairs as a Van Technician
- Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs to first-time fix standards
- Support the preparation and servicing of new, used, and loan vehicles
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the workshop team
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Keep precise and comprehensive job records and documentation
- NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Van Technician within a Workshop or Dealership setting
- Strong diagnostic capabilities with the ability to identify faults efficiently
- Experience with Light Commercial Vehicles is highly desirable
- MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Systems and VAG Vehicles (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
- A team player with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
