Acorn by Synergie are recruiting a General Service Operative to join TATA Steel at their Shotton site in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader in steel production, securing ongoing, full-time work with excellent career potential.

• Driving a small skip wagon onsite

• Driving and operating a gully sucker wagon onsite, picking up skips and emptying them

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

• Support production areas as and when required

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

• Pre-start drug and alcohol test required.

• Full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for the role
• Previous experience of driving wagons would be an advantage but not essential as full onsite training and support is provided

• 13.65 per hour basic rate.

• Enhanced rates for overtime worked

• Temp to Perm opportunity with ongoing full-time work.

• Full training and ongoing suppport are provided

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm (39 hours per week)
