Our client is a national FM Provider. It is looking to hire an experienced Office Administrator for its head office in West London.
As the Office Administrator, you must have a proven track record in a similar role ideally within the Facilities Management industry. You will be responsible for organising meetings, diary, travel arrangements and ad-hoc project work whilst generally contributing to the effective development of the business. In addition, you must be IT literate in standard office software.
The successful Office Administrator will report into the company CEO & FD and support their direct reports all based at HQ. The role is 4 days in office and 1 day working from home. The office is a short walk away from the tube station.
