North London

£40,000 basic + bonus Permanent Full-Time

Stafforce is recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established organisation operating within a premium live-events and experiences environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to join a commercial team focused on high-value corporate sales and long-term client partnerships.

This role would suit someone confident managing complex accounts, delivering against revenue targets, and working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving sales across a portfolio of corporate and premium experience products, managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close and post-sale handover. Alongside your own sales performance, you'll play a key role in supporting and influencing junior team members.

The position offers high levels of autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute to wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets across a premium B2B portfolio
  • Proactively identify and win new corporate customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding client objectives
  • Manage a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Lead high-quality sales conversations and produce tailored proposals
  • Support management with coaching, onboarding, and performance development
  • Represent the organisation professionally at external meetings and events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery post-sale
About You
  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, or solution selling
  • Comfortable selling higher-value products or experiences
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target driven
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce beneficial
  • Enjoys working in a performance-focused, team-oriented environment
