The child is very well behaved and enjoys his time at school. The school has a brilliant SEN department with an experienced SENCO, who will provide training for you to support the child's needs. Previous experience working in a Primary school setting or working with children with Special Needs would be advantageous but not essential. You will however need to be reliable and diligent in your work. It is essential that you are degree qualified (Any subject) or have a Level 3 qualification in childcare or education.
