NXTGEN is delighted to be supporting a respected and growing law firm in Ipswich as they look to appoint a Private Client Lawyer into their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong local reputation, loyal client base, and a consistent flow of quality work. The successful candidate will advise individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of private client matters, joining a collaborative team known for its personable approach and high standards of client care.

The role offers genuine scope for long-term development within a stable and supportive environment.

You will manage a varied caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Elderly client advisory work
• Succession planning

You will build trusted client relationships and provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice.

We are keen to hear from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP-qualified professionals, and other qualified lawyers with private client experience.

You will likely offer:

• 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience handling private client matters independently
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills
